@Digiturf challenges YOU to a random act of kindness #RAK15

Digiturf.com

Everyone who enjoys horse racing knows that there is a time to crack the whip and when a simple random act of kindness can produce better results.

They also know that there is enough whipping in the world and not enough kindness but one individual has made it his mission to encourage people around the world to perform a random act of kindness in their communities. It's become a global revolution where people are performing random acts of kindness so that their actions have a ripple effect that leads to another, and another, and another, until millions of random acts of kindness genuinely start to make the world a better place.

It began in February 2014 when Brent Lindeque was challenged by his friends to participate in a reckless drinking game called a #neknomination, but he decided to transform his nomination into a random act of kindness by giving a homeless man a $2 meal, and challenged his friends through his social media to perform their own random acts of kindness. The reckless #neknomination became the #RAKnomination -- and it went viral spawning untold random acts of kindness that contributed to the improvement of millions of lives around the world.

The goal in 2015 is to challenge 1,000,000 people to perform their own random act of kindness. One doesn't need to wait to be nominated to perform a #RAK15 nomination, so Digiturf.com have accepted the challenge to perform their own random acts of kindness and to challenge all members of the online virtual horse racing community to perform their own #RAK15.

Digiturf.com's first #RAK15 is to use their community forums and social media platforms, including ESPN, to raise awareness about #RAK15 and inspire people to perform their own random act of kindness, in their own way, within their community. It can be a simple act of kindness like paying for a stranger's coffee or eliminating malaria in Africa like Bill Gates - depending upon your circumstances.

March 8, 2015 has also been declared #RAK15 Day at Digiturf.com. All races have been renamed #RAK15 to raise awareness among all virtual horse trainers, who will also be challenged to perform a random act of kindness within their community, either online or offline, because the intention is to initiate random acts of kindness that spread across the globe.

Digiturf.com have also scheduled two dedicated #RAK15 WFA (Weight for Age) races as an expedient way for members to donate their entry fees to a worthy cause. The #RAK15 WFA races cost $20 to enter, and are open to unlimited entries, with all proceeds being donated to a charity of the community's choice. Ordinarily, the cash stakes from a race are divided between the winning horse and the horses that place second, third or fourth, but in the #RAK15 WFA they will forfeit their winnings.

Digiturf.com will also sponsor the #RAK15 WFA races with $100 racing credits to encourage as many entries as possible, plus they will reimburse the winners with equivalent racing credits so that they don't feel that they are losing value but are still donating something of substance. It's a win-win-win situation both within and outside of the virtual horse racing community.

Members at Digiturf.com have earned a fearsome reputation for being the most competitive virtual horse racing community in terms of online gaming. Their horses are CGI simulations, their stakes are real, and their competitive streak forces them to push the bar in terms of excellence. Digiturf.com's #RAK15 challenge will encourage them to race their horses for the collective good, and to continue the #RAK15 challenge in their communities.
